Refund Policy
Cachelift is digital software delivered right after payment, so all sales are final. Check your Mac first with the free scan. We always fix billing mistakes.
Check your Mac before you buy
Cachelift needs macOS 13 Ventura or later and runs on Apple silicon and Intel Macs. To check your version, open the Apple menu and choose About This Mac.
The scan is free. Download Cachelift and run it first, so you can see what it finds on your Mac before you pay.
All sales are final
Cachelift is digital software. Your license key is delivered by email right after your payment is confirmed, so we do not offer refunds for a change of mind, for a Mac that does not meet the requirements above, or for a license you no longer use. There is no trial period.
Billing mistakes we always fix
Email support@brixfly.com with the email address you bought with if:
- you were charged twice for the same license,
- you were charged a different amount from the price shown at checkout, or
- you paid and did not receive a license key, and we cannot deliver one.
We will put it right by sending your key or refunding the extra or wrong amount.
How refunds are paid
An approved refund goes back to the payment method you used. Your bank decides how quickly it appears, usually within 5 to 7 working days. A license that is refunded in full stops working.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that you have under the law where you live and that cannot be waived.
