Terms of Service
The terms for using the Cachelift website, buying a license and getting support, covering payment, key delivery, acceptable use, liability and Indian law.
These terms apply when you use this website, buy a Cachelift license or contact support. Cachelift is made and sold by Brixfly Services (“we”, “us”). By using the site or buying a license you agree to these terms.
The software
Using the Cachelift app is covered by the License Agreement. If these terms and the License Agreement disagree about the app, the License Agreement wins.
Buying a license
- The price, currency and what is included are shown on the pricing page before you pay. Prices are in Indian rupees for buyers in India and in US dollars elsewhere.
- Payments are taken by our payment provider. We never see your card, UPI or bank details.
- Your license key is emailed to the address you bought with right after your payment is confirmed. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder, use “Email my key” in the app or contact support.
- Before you buy, check that your Mac runs macOS 13 Ventura or later. The scan is free, so you can try Cachelift on your Mac first.
- All sales are final, except for the billing mistakes listed in the Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website or the licensing service. For example, do not try to break into it, overload it, or get a license without paying for it. Do not resell or share license keys.
Ownership
Cachelift, its logo and the content of this website belong to Brixfly Services. Buying a license gives you the right to use the app, not ownership of it.
Support
We provide support by email through the support page, with reasonable effort and in English.
Warranty and liability
The website and the app are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we give no implied warranties and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the loss of files you chose to move to the Trash. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your license. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, or your consumer rights.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to solve the problem. If we cannot, the courts of India have jurisdiction.
